As part of the Lesotho poverty reduction strategy and the national response to HIV & AIDS, ALAFA makes a difference in the entire Textile and Apparel industry, improving productivity and the livelihoods of employees and their dependants. Supporting fair labour practice and fostering ownership of HIV & AIDS workplace programmes as a strategic imperative for management, ALAFA provides value for it's donors and stakeholders. As a Lesotho based charitable association ALAFA achieves this by its unique stakeholder approach, facilitating and coordinating policy development and a benchmark comprehensive programme of prevention, treatment, care and support to mitigate the impact of HIV & AIDS.
